Account Deletion

How to request the deletion of your account and data.

Request Account Deletion

To request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact our support team:

  • Send an email to support@wizxrdx.dev.
  • Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  • Please send the email from the exact address you used to register your Waypoint account so we can verify your identity.

Note: Manual email requests may take up to 7 business days to process.

What Data is Deleted?

When your account is deleted, we will permanently erase your profile, study session history, streak records, token balances, and any linked external authentication records from our database (Supabase). This action cannot be undone.
